TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Overview
The overarching purpose of this tool is not only to provide a development process, but to study the developmental journey of leaders across a wide variety of organizational contexts. This research builds upon the nearly four decades of research on leadership development. The tools and assessments contained in the wildtoolkit.com have been created to help these leaders understand their own leadership tendencies, become better leaders, and invest in the lives and development of those they lead. his is a confidential and secure process.
Website Procedures
You will have access to a series of assessments at the WiLDToolkit.com that will each take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete depending on the survey. You may complete the assessments from your personal computer or another convenient location with computer and Internet access. The total duration of all assessments will not exceed five hours and are intended to be completed over several sessions. The surveys include questions about your: (1) calling and purpose, (2) leadership experience, (3) developmental goals, (4) ability to lead under pressure, (5) strategic network, and (6) other individuals in whom you are invested. Other survey questions will address your personality, leadership experiences, and your learning style. We also will ask for some demographic information (e.g., age, type of organization, education level) so that we can accurately understand the general traits of the individuals who participate in the study.
Risks
There is minimal to no risk or discomfort anticipated by your involvement in these studies or by your use of the WiLD Toolkit and assessments beyond those encountered in everyday life. If you feel uncomfortable with a question or topic, you can skip that question. You may also discontinue participation at any time by simply leaving this website.

The data you provide is also used to generate personal feedback reports that are associated with each assessment that you alone will be able to access. In some cases, organizations utilize the different tools and assessments to develop/evaluate stakeholders and/or employees. In such instances, averages of user responses may be reported to these organizations with a requirement that the averages are comprised of data from a minimum of 15 individuals. We will retain raw data including your login information, until such time as you request that the data be destroyed or we deem there to be no further value in retaining the data.

Information We Collect
We collect personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. We collect information anytime you visit any page on wildtoolkit.com. Our servers gather information from your browser to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitors, and collect demographic information.
Registration
During registration, we ask you to tell us a bit about yourself, including your date of birth, your sex, your zip code (or your country if you live outside the U.S.), how much formal education you have received, and a few brief questions about your occupation. We use your answers to tell you how your scores on the tools compare to others who are like you in age, sex, geographic location, education, and occupation. We also use them to compute statistics for our research on how these factors impact other things related to leadership and personal development.
We also ask you, during registration, to give us your email address and a name that you would like to use. These are for your benefit. They make it easier for you to remember how to log into wildtoolkit.com. Your name will be displayed when you log in and is included in different aspects of your profile. If you do not want to share your real name, you can identify any username you prefer. We may also use your email address to send you updates on the most recent tools and processes available through wildtoolkit.com.
The system does require that you provide a real email address so that we can get you logged into the system and send you appropriate updates. To protect your privacy, if we receive a request for information about your account, the response will be sent to the email address you have registered with wildtoolkit.com, not the one making the request.
Tools
The majority of the information we collect will be your anonymous responses to the questions on this site. We will store these, along with your scores, on our database server. We will never report your individual responses or scores to others, except as described below. We will include your scores and responses in reports, publications, lectures, and websites only in summaries of groups of site users. We will not include your responses in the comparisons we provide on this site until there are at least 50 survey responses from people in the same category (e.g. geographic area, age range, occupational group, etc.).
While you are not required to complete the questions to have access to basic tools in the system, some tools will require you to finish them in order to receive the detailed feedback reports or to continue on to the next tool.
